The PS1 for Galloways Aquatanks Urban Tanks has just been issued. The Producer Statement 1 combines an FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to confirm the strength of the tank with a structural engineering assessment of the restraining mechanisms used to ensure a full tank cannot topple in a wind or seismic event. The tanks can be mounted either freestanding or, as shown here, secured to a building to optimise usable space.
